Some poker techniques will amaze you with their simplicity. This is sample. Note your outcomes, each and every single time you compete.

Cult of texas hold’em Psalm #four:

You must write down thy successes and thy squanders; for it is the sum of all a mans accomplishments which develop their bottom line.

How detailed is up to you. I usually consider that hourly details and that type of personal detail is wasted. Basically work out how much up you are and how much (if any) you have taken out. Naturally, if you are beaten, note that too, despite how much it it might pain you.

Do not overlook to note what sort of poker you are competing in, if that’s critical to you. (In my experience, most players hold to what they know and do not experiment. If all you note is winnings, down and what you’ve taken out, you are light years in front of a majority of players out there!)

Provide yourself achievable goals, like a ‘dream’ goal (new car, holiday or anything else). When you withdraw, add the dollars withdrawn to your dream tally. The more successful you are, the nearer that goal will be!
